Marana Regional Airport - RFQ for CMAR



The Town of Marana, MARANA REGIONAL AIRPORT, is seeking a qualified construction manager/general contractor to provide constructability and phasing review, cost estimating service for Construction Documents, and construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the following possible projects:

 

  • Airport Terminal
  • Airport Restaurant
  • Sewer Line

 

The CMAR will be required to work as part of a team with the lead airport architect Carter & Burgess.  All work will be required to meet Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Standards and Arizona Department of Transportation Aeronautics Division Standards.

September 6, 2005 at www.marana.com/airport-RFQRFP.html.

 

Statements of Qualifications must be received at the following address no later than 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 19, 2005, Arizona Local Time:

Eight (8) bound copies of the Statements of Qualifications shall be submitted.  Submittals must be in the actual possession at the location indicated above on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above.  The prevailing clock shall be The Town of Marana Town Clerks Office official bid clock. Statements of Qualifications submitted after the time and date specified herein will not be accepted.  Statement of Qualifications that do not follow the format or answer the required questions will be rejected.  The Town of Marana reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Statement of Qualifications.  The Town of Marana is an equal opportunity employer.

 

Any and all questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing to Charles Mangum, via FAX at 520-682-5758 or via e-mail at cmangum@xxxxxxxxxx no later than Wednesday, September 21, 2005, by 2:00 P.M. Arizona Local Time.  All questions will be answered at the pre-submittal conference on Friday, September 23, 2005.
