Request for Qualifications
San Francisco International Airport
Airport Planning, Environmental Planning, and Environmental Technical

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) will be soliciting statements of
qualifications from interested, qualified firms in the areas of Airport
Planning, Environmental
Planning and Environmental Technical Services for the purpose of developing
short list(s) of
qualified firms. The short list(s) will be in effect for a period of at
least three years.

SFO expects the consultant or consultant team to have experience in the
following areas: 1) Airport
Planning (airport planning, capital improvement programs, airport layout
plans, geographic
information systems, and transportation planning and analysis); 2)
Environmental Planning
(mitigation monitoring and development, air quality analysis, CEQA/NEPA
documentation, and
biological monitoring); and 3) Environmental Technical Services
(environmental testing and
analysis including air and water quality, and field surveys).

Consultant teams including certified minority-owned, women-owned and/or
other disadvantaged
firms are strongly encouraged to apply.

No telephone requests will be accepted. The deadline for requesting a RFQ
packet is Friday,
June 1, 2001 at 4 p.m. All RFQ packets will be mailed June 6, 2001. The
statement of qualifications
will be due to SFO on July 17, 2001.
