* The Sacramento County (Calif.) Airport System is seeking proposals from
qualified consultants in the field of air service and cargo development.
Needed services include assistance with the development of domestic and
international air service at Sacramento International Airport, and cargo
service at Mather Airport. Deadline for responses is Aug. 25. For more
