I've just been contacted by a Dubai based headhunter asking for my help in identifying a qualified candidate for the following position:

Most urgently we are commissioned with recruiting a Sr Air Operations Manager. It is a mid career level position on a 1 year contract basis in Iraq. The candidate needs to be fluent in Arabic and have 3 – 5 years’ experience in air operations (i.e. airport manager) preferably with the US forces.
