Want to experience Douglas County, Nevada located next to majestic Lake Tahoe? We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Airport Manager.  The successful candidate will be a positive individual with excellent interpersonal skills responsible for the administration, safety, oversight, and day-to-day operations of the Minden-Tahoe Airport.


This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or an Aviation Administration degree preferred.  Must possess Private Pilots Certificate.  Successful candidate must have experience in Aviation Management, Airport Operations, Public Administration, Accounting, Planning and Facilities Management, or Engineering, plus five (5) years experience in airport management, including aviation, engineering, planning, facilities and/or business management, with at least two (2) of those years at a supervisory level; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

$72,796.39 to $97,323.20 annually. The County has a generous benefits program including state retirement plan (PERS 100% employer paid) and health insurance.
