             Major Duties:                                                  
             The incumbent serves as Manager of the San Francisco Airports  
             District Office (SFO ADO). Provides principal support to the   
             Airports Division Manager in the administration of all         
             airports programs for the states assigned with the District    
             Office. Responsible for the total engineering, programming,    
             and planning activities for accomplishing all airports         
             programs assigned to the ADO including, but not limited to,    
             the Airports Development Aid Program (ADAP), Airport           
             Improvement Plan (AIP), National Plan of Integrated System     
             (NPIAS), Sponsor compliance Program, Relocation Assistance     
             Act, Airport Data Collection Program and Surplus Property

             Qualifications:                                                
             Qualification Requirements:                                    
             Specialized Experience: To qualify for this position you must  
             demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one  
             year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-J or FG/GS-14  
             in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience   
             that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills,   
             and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the        
             position. Work experience may include but not limited to:      
             supervisory and/or program management experience in work       
             involving the development of transportation infrastructure;    
             evidence of establishing relationships with others outside the 
             organization who are involved in the development of            
             transportation infrastructure; a technical foundation in       
             various aspect of the development of transportation            
             infrastructures, including safety and compliance programs,     
             construction related activities, capital improvement planning, 
             etc; and demonstrated knowledge of the concepts of theories,   
             principles, practices and techniques to manage, coordinate,    
             review and provide expert technical transportation guidance    
             and program oversight.                                         
             How you will be evaluated:

             minimum qualification requirements automatically disqualifies

             Understanding of Part 139 safety and certification, airport    
             and system planning, capacity management, environmental        
             processing financial assistance programs (AIP and PFC), and

             Locality Pay:                                                  
             Salary includes locality payment of 30.33%.
