Air Operations Personnel:
SkyLink Air and Logistic
Support (USA), Inc. (SkyLink USA) is offering an exciting
opportunity to join a dynamic aviation team working overseas in Air
Operations. We are currently looking to fill three or possibly four air
operations positions in Baghdad, Basrah and
Erbil, Iraq. Prior Air Operations
experience, (preferably some military) is a must. Responsibilities may
include the sale and dispensing of aviation fuel, general, commercial and military
aviation requirements, aircraft storage, ramp service, major aircraft service
and minor repair, grooming and maintenance, weather servicing, aircraft parking
and towing, and other ground operations required by aircraft traffic at each
site. The ideal candidate will possess the following Skills,
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Skills and Knowledge of general,
technical and operational aviation and air operations products and
services
- Skills and Knowledge of minimum
acceptable standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures for
disciplines of air operations
- Skills and Knowledge of logistics
requirements that accompany air operations
- Ability to maintain performance
expectations in diverse cultural contexts, psychologically stressful
environment and physical hardship conditions with limited
resources
- Ability to build personal
relationship with staff, partners and leaders at all
levels
- Ability to weave together and
balance diverse agendas
- Ability to become a TEAM member
quickly
- Ability to work long hard hours
