"County Airport / Real Property Manager - Imperial, Calif."



The County of Imperial is located in the southeast corner of California and
covers 5,200 square miles.  It has a population of approximately 150,000,
including seven (7) incorporated cities, the largest of which is
approximately 40,000 in population.  The County Seat is the City of El
Centro, which is located along Interstate 8 between San Diego, California
and Yuma, Arizona.

POSITION:   County Airport / Real Property Manager  (one position open)
Under the direction of Director of Airports, plan, organize, direct and
control the activities, services and operations of the County Airport and
the administration of County-owned and leased properties; train, supervise
and evaluate department personnel, develop and monitor department budget;
prepare and maintain records, reports and real property documents. Visit the

APPROXIMATE MONTHLY SALARY:

$3,770 - $4,488

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Any combination equivalent to bachelor's degree in business, management or
related field with course work in airport management and real estate and
three years increasingly responsible management experience including at
least two years in airport operations or publicly-owned real estate.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Valid California driver's license.
