PROPERTIES ADMINISTRATOR - Monterey Peninsula Airport District 

Monterey, Calif. Develops, drafts and administers real estate leases,
rental and operating agreements; prepares bid packages and RFPs for
lease/development of airport property; ensures accurate and timely
renewal notices and compliance with lease terms and conditions; develops
real estate rental revenue projections for budget. Requires excellent
verbal, written and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact
effectively with tenants, board members, legal counsel and others. Team
player. Desire BS/BA degree, minimum two years' experience in properties
management (preferably airport related), legal/contract administration
or real estate management. Combination of education and experience will
be considered. May be assigned as administrative services officer I or
