Properties Administrator



The Monterey Peninsula Airport Districtis currently recruiting
for the following job vacancy:

PROPERTIES ADMINISTRATOR - Monterey Peninsula Airport District, Monterey, CA. 
Responsibilities include the development, drafting and administration of all 
real estate leases, rental and operating agreements; preparation of concession 
bid packages and RFPs for lease and development of airport property; ensure 
accurate and timely renewal notices and compliance with lease terms and 
conditions; develops real estate rental revenue projections for budget.  
Candidate must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.  Must 
have the ability to interact effectively with tenants, Board Members, legal 
counsel, consultants, District staff and the general public.  Must be a team 
player. Desired qualifications are a BS/BA degree and at least two years 
experience in the area of properties management (preferably airport related) 
legal/contract administration and/or real estate management.  A combination of 
education and experience will be considered.  The successful candidate may be 
assigned a classification as Administrative Services 
Officer I or II.   Salary range is: $44,064 to $60,040, depending on
