CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR (LOCATION: OAKLAND AIRPORT, CA

Description:
Responsible for coaching customer service
crewmembers in the check-in, boarding process,
and/or loading and unloading of customer luggage.
Minimum Qualifications:
*	3-5 years customer service/sales experience
*	Able to demonstrate a Passion for taking Care of customers with
Integrity while having Fun and doing it all Safely.
*	Willing to think outside the box to find a way to say "YES" to the
customer
*	At least 18 years of age
*	Legally authorized to work in the USA
*	Able to work under pressure in a team environment
*	Must be able to lift 75lbs (above the wing) 100lbs (below the wing)
*	Familiar with windows (customer service)
*	Neat and professional appearance
*	Training will be paid
*	Need to pass a 10 year background check and a drug test

Experience:
3-5 years customer service/sales experience.
Skills:
Ability to read, write, and speak English coupled with effective
communication skills. Computer literate/typing experience. Bilingual a plus.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
