Aviation Leasing Manager
Port of Portland, Ore. Seeking motivated team player interested in working
in a dynamic environment. Negotiates leases and operating agreements at
three GA airports operated by the port; analyzes and completes lease
amendments, assignments, sublease consents, rent adjustments, audit
follow-ups, exercise of options and lease renewals; coordinates projects
with the airport manager; leads and coordinates interdepartmental review of
agreement proposals, and ensures tenant compliance with contract terms.
Prefer a related educational background and three to five years of
experience leading complex projects. Knowledge of real estate principles and
practices, appraisal methodologies, negotiation strategies and general
