Mutual Help List, Abandoned Aircraft

At Kern County, I would turn the case over to County Counsel and they handle
the process through the Sheriff if we have to take possession.

Subject: CAA: Mutual Help List, Abandoned Aircraft

We have an abandoned aircraft in our transient parking area of our GA
airport. All attempts at getting a tie-down lease and/or back pay for
parking have failed. The plane owner is avoiding us. What is the process to
take possession, obtain title and sell the plane in CA?
