Special Events (NOT AIRSHOWS)

The City of Prescott is in the process of revising its "Special Events" permit 
process.  They want to include the airport, and are curious what other airports 
do with requests for a special event (i.e. Hangar party; EAA Fly-in; Business 
Open House with access to aircraft).  We are particularly interested in those 
airports that have Commercial Air Service, with more than 50 passenger seats 
TSA Index III.  Thanks in advance for your assistance!
