Mutual Help List, re: length of hotel leases

We have not done a hotel, but do attempt to provide a lease that will enable
the owner to amortize the debt.  We have some 40 year leases when there is a
considerable debt to finance

property and tell me how long the lease was.  i am getting some pressure for
