Part 61 Flight School

If they are going to operate a commercial facility -even as a sub tenant - they need to comply with your minimum standards for minimum aircraft to be offered, hours of operations and staffing, etc., and your insurance requirements for their approved activities.
 
What about a permit, hopefully with a minimal fee to operate on the airport?
