Airport Organizational Survey

I have been tasked to have an organizational consultant help us plan for the growth that our airport is experiencing.  Has anyone conducted such a survey, I am particularly looking for an RFP/RFQ that you found successful.  Please contact me if you have such a contractual document and if you have companies who have the capability to assist us grow the organization.
