Mutual Help List, re: deicing fluid tanks

So am I.
We are about to tear down old deicer storage area dikes that contained multiple
tanks from numerous airlines.
No one has a good plan for replacement.
I suggested a single source supply system. Airlines are kind of.....well yea,
we do that other places, but we do not know how to do it here.
If you get any good responses I would appreciate it if you forwarded them
