We charge the following rate to the current restaurant concession at John Wayne Airport:
The higher of MAG $1,599,452 ($133,288 per month) or the sum of (1) 21% of gross receipts for alcoholic beverages and (2) 14% of gross receipts for food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Everyone -
I'm currently in negotiations with a restaurant concession at my non-hub
airport. I've been assigned to find out what other airports charge for a
restaurant concessionaire and to come up with an "average".
We charged the previous tenant $3K per month minimum guarantee with a 4.5%
percentage of gross.
