Subject: CAA: Mutual Help List, Restaurant fees at airport

Everyone -

I'm currently in negotiations with a restaurant concession at my non-hub
airport. I've been assigned to find out what other airports charge for
a restaurant concessionaire and to come up with an "average".

We charged the previous tenant $3K per month minimum guarantee with a
4.5% percentage of gross.

Thanks for your help,
