Thank you to Rod and Travis for providing copies of their airport's
strategic plans. These, along with other documents submitted will be
placed in the Reference Library section of the CAA website. To go their,

It's been suggested that we expand our request for documents to include
the following:

Lease/Rates and Charges Policy
Lease, Use, Permit or Operating Agreement
Minimum Standards
Rules and Regulations
Development Guidelines
Strategic Plans

I realize many of our good friends in the aviation consulting business
make their living producing these documents. My intention here is to
make samples of these documents available to airports who might not
otherwise be able to obtain them. Clearly, the very best documents will
be ones written by an experienced professional with your airports
specific needs in mind. These samples may also serve to stimulate more
business for consultants by showing local authorities what expertise and
planning/development tools are available.

As a service to other airports in these difficult times, request
submittal of samples of the following documents. Ideally they should
have been developed for small to medium-size airports and submitted to
me in electronic format (Word processing documents, spreadsheets, text
files, etc.) and I'll convert them to Adobe PDF file format and post
them for downloading on the CAA website for others to use as a template.
Feel free to remove references to your organization from the documents
if you prefer or proudly proclaim your authorship, it's your choice. If
you have a document you're particularly proud of, please help your
colleagues in the industry by sharing. Please pass this request on to
anyone in our industry you think can help.

We're looking for good examples of the following:
