"Customer service function"

Please post an email to the airport group on the Customer Service and
Airport Ambassador functions at airports. I wish to poll other airports to
determine where these functions typically are placed in their
organizations, such as Marketing, Communications, Development, Operations,
??? Job or program descriptions would also be appreciated.
