Mutual Help List, Ground Lease Survey

Our listed percentage in the lease docs are; 2% on gross receipts for
aircraft service or maintenance (requires designation as special FBO) and
10% on aircraft storage fees.  General FBO pay 2% on storage fees because we
get 2% of all his gross receipts above $420,000 (fuel flowage fees extra).
Aircraft sales are excluded but will be part of lease negotiations.
