CAA: Mutual Help List, RFQ for Noise Mitigation

Everyone -

City Council has approved for me to issue an RFQ for a consultant to survey
some noise impacted homes and work up a work item and cost estimate list.

The consultant will also provide construction oversight and mangement
during the project.

Does anyone have any examples of similar RFQs they've issued in the past.
It will help me from completely writing a new RFQ.
