CAA: Mutual Help List, United Airlines billing address

Everyone -

I had 2 United Airlines aircraft divert to Farmington last week.  Since
they are not signatory tenants, I don't have a point of contact to send the
invoice for landing and parking fees.

Could anyone help me out with a name and address?
