Mike - as always, thank you! You've put it better than I could have,
I'm passing this on to my commission members for their consideration.
This is a unique place...on one hand, the Commerce Park is a Brownfield,
so there are tax credits available that aren't available to many other
industrial parks...on the other hand, we're on an island and not readily
accessible to the freeway (about 15 minutes to get to I-75).
