The FAA should have that Data in their Pavement Programs--check with
Reg. ADO.  If your Eng./Maint. Department has their own paver program it
will tell you exact history of that taxiway.  For example when
originally constructed, work done on it depth/breadth of soil (CBR) sub
base all the way to the top covering (con/asp or asphalic concrete mix)
and weight bearing capacity, and how may movements it will take before
you can expect to see deterioration.

Thanks all,

I had referred to AC 150/5300-13 but was looking for the specific ADG
for one of the taxiways on our airport. I'm being told there may be no
source document where those are listed for a specific (i.e. OAK)
airport.
