Mario, all the comments are great. We treat portables as we would permanent
in regards to building and fire code requirements, etc. Make sure the
anchorage is per code. Also, I would pre-inspect to see that it meets your
appearance and maintenance requirements so you don't get a piece of trashy
metal. Also, how does the site tie into the taxiway? Is the tenant to pave
out to asphalt? Drainage may also be a consideration.

Subject: CAA: Mutual Help List, Portable Hangar Lease
Hello all,
I've got a tenant that would like to bring in a portable hangar for 6-8
months and set it up using some vacant property that I have. Seeing as this
isn't something we've ever done before, I'm in need of a ground lease
agreement for this type of use.
Does anyone have such an agreement that I could use as a template? My
preference is to go month to month so I can force removal if it becomes a
nuisance.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks to all.
