CAA: Mutual Help List, Revenues from New Business

Everyone -

I have a business wanting to open an aircraft overhaul facility here.  Like
everyone else, I need to raise more revenues - but normally we would only
charge a hangar and ramp lease charges on a business such as this.

Does anyone else charge any other types of fees to recoup some revenues?
I'm looking for some ideas.
