CAA: Mutual Help List, Criminal History Record Checks

I am having difficulty in getting information back on the individual 
fingerprints that we submitted to the Aviation Clearinghouse.  The form we have 
to use is the ink prints rather than the electronic form.  Is anyone else 
having the same trouble, or is there anyone that has discovered the way to get 
the results in the 7 - 10 days as we have been told it will take?  Some of the 
prints I submitted were received in Washington almost a month ago  I would like 
to hear about others experiences and maybe we can find a way to improve it for 
all.
