See the Beaufort County ultralight operating rules under "documents" at
http://www.californiaaviation.org/preref.htm  If you can't access it there, 
email me at
jlawson@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and I'll email you a copy.  They were
written with input from the US Ultralight Association and a couple of other 
airports, and they
seem to be holding up just fine.
