Partnering with a Fort Lauderdale-based company that will manage new
airport hangars will lead to about $80,000 in additional revenue for
Sebastian's Airport Enterprise Fund each year, city officials say.

The Sebastian City Council on Sept. 12 approved a 30-year lease
agreement with aviation facility developer Holland-Sheltair Aviation
Group, which will lease out 40 hangars at Sebastian Municipal Airport.

Holland-Sheltair is a combination of Holland Builders Inc., a real
estate development and general contracting corporation, and Sheltair, an
aviation management firm.

Sheltair will lease five acres on the airport's southwest side for its
hangar complex, bids for which could go out within two months. Airport
Manager Jason Milewski said the hangars should be built by next fall.

The lease will start when Sheltair receives a certificate of occupancy
for its hangar |structure or on Jan. 1, 2004, whichever comes first.
