Alliance FBO Earns Unprecedented Fifth Straight Award as One of Nation's Top

FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE) -- For the fifth consecutive year, the
fixed base operation (FBO) at Fort Worth Alliance Airport has been selected
as one of the top five facilities of its type in the nation by pilots and
quality assurance professionals. The Alliance FBO is the first to receive
ExxonMobil's Tiger Spirit Gold Award for five straight years. The facility
also received the highest rating in the southwest region, which includes
seven states from Texas to California.

The honor is given based on surveys of independent pilots who visit FBOs
around the country and detailed inspections by ExxonMobil's professional
quality Assurance Team.

Not only has the Alliance FBO earned the Tiger Spirit Gold Award every year
since opening in 1996, but it is ranked as one of the Top 20 FBOs in the
world by Aviation International News and was named the top airport facility
used by NASCAR for one of its races.

The Alliance FBO offers a high level of service for the passengers and
pilots of private planes, as well as military aircraft. The 55,000 square
foot FBO features a 23,000 square foot aviation/office center and a 32,000
square foot hangar. Among its amenities are a plush lounge, a pilots room
complete with a shower and sleeping area, and a flight control room for
pilots to file flight plans and monitor weather. Twelve private jets are
housed and maintained in the facility.

The FBO is managed by Alliance Aviation Services(SM), an operating company
of Hillwood(R), the developer of the 15,000-acre AllianceTexas(SM)
development that surrounds Fort Worth Alliance Airport.

"To earn the ExxonMobil Tiger Spirit Gold Award for five straight years is a
tremendous honor, because it comes from our customers, the pilots," said Tim
Ward, president of Alliance Aviation Services and Alliance Air Services(SM).
"Hillwood always has placed customer service as its number one priority, so
this award recognizes the great effort put forth by our airport team to
maintain that high standard of excellence."

"Being named an award winner is a great accomplishment and a reflection of
the hard work of local men and women who take pride in treating the pilots
who pass through their communities with the highest level of service," said
Melissa Lenkerd, Business Development Manager, ExxonMobil Aviation.

The Tiger Spirit Gold Award is one of several honors that have been earned
by Fort Worth Alliance Airport entities. Earlier this month, the Fort Worth
Alliance Airport Control Tower was named the national Tower of the Year by
the Federal Aviation Administration. The tower also has received special
recognition for operating error-free since Fort Worth Alliance Airport
opened in December 1989.

Fort Worth Alliance Airport is managed by Alliance Air Services, an
operating company of Hillwood.
