The San Jose (CA) Mercury News

The San Jose City Council on Tuesday unanimously approved two contracts for
the first phase of the upgrade of Mineta San Jose International Airport.

The biggest contract would pay the firm of Hensel Phelps Construction $34
million to oversee 10 projects costing no more than $568.6 million or about
60 percent of the phase-one upgrades expected to be completed by mid-2010.
They include new garages, the first half of a new Terminal B and roadway
improvements.

The council also unanimously approved a $144 million contract with Clark
