AIRPORT REVENUE NEWS LAUNCHES INDUSTRY-WIDE
CAMPAIGN
Press
Release
Palm Beach
Gardens, FL…Airport Revenue News (ARN) is
spearheading a national, industry-wide campaign entitled Project: Airports. The campaign,
conceived by Airport Revenue News and endorsed by the ARN Advisory Board (a
group comprised of airport directors Charles Isdell (PHL), Thomas Kinton (BOS), John Martin (SFO) and
Larry Berg (YVR)), will be launched throughout the month of September 2006.
Respected for its journalistic integrity, ARN is seen as the perfect
launching pad for this bold campaign.
The goal of Project: Airports is twofold. The
first is to unite and rally airports and companies doing business with airports
under a singular mission. Project:
Airports will be an annual campaign during the month of September for
airports and their supporting businesses to utilize in all marketing and/or
retailing endeavors.
The second goal is to convey to the public,
legislators, the media and others of the wide-ranging benefits of airports to
their communities. Airports have undergone an array of changes varying
from facility and security improvements to broader shopping and dining choices
to improved customer/traveler service. Project: Airports perfectly encapsulates
the industry’s efforts to create a better, safer traveling experience while
spotlighting its impact on the local community.
“A new era of airports
has arisen and the general public needs to be aware of how important their
airport is to the economic well being of their communities, “ notes Airport
Revenue News President & CEO Pauline Armbrust.
