"International Aviation Women's Association Announces Newly Elected Board of Directors"

INTERNATIONAL AVIATION WOMEN'S ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES NEWLY ELECTED BOARD OF
DIRECTORS

The International Aviation Women's Association (IAWA), an organization of
business and professional women who hold senior positions in the aviation
and aerospace industries, announced today it's newly elected Board of
Directors for 2006-2007.  

Heading the board as President is Julie Ellis, a partner in the Memphis law
firm of Butler, Snow, O'Mara, Stevens & Cannada.  President-Elect is Debra
D. Fowler, Senior Aviation Attorney, U.S. Department of Justice, Washington,
DC.

In addition to Ms. Ellis and Ms. Fowler, other Officers and Board Members
elected were: Secretary, Abby L. Bried, Senior Attorney, Continental
Airlines, Houston, TX; Treasurer, Ana Maria Marin, Partner, Murray, Marin &
Herman, P.A., Miami, FL; Chair Advisory Board, Eileen M. Cashman-Jermak,
Assistant Vice President, Global Aerospace, Short Hills, NJ; Vice President
for Membership, Zoe Layden, Executive Director, Willis Limited, London,
England; Vice President for PR/Communications,  Cecile Hatfield, Principal,
Law Office of Cecile Hatfield, Miami, FL.

Also, Vice Presidents Annual Conference are: IAWA Past President Patricia A.
Moores, Counsel, Product Liability Group, Reed Smith, LLP, New York, NY,
Suzon W. Franzke, Vice President Legal Administration, the New Piper
Aircraft, Inc., Vero Beach, FL. and Ellyn Slow, Senior Vice President,
NetJets, Inc., Woodbridge, NJ.  Vice Presidents for International Affairs
are: Regula Dettling-Ott, Swiss International Airlines, Winterthur,
Switzerland, Elizabeth M. Freidenberg, Freidenberg, Freidenberg & Lifsic,
Buenos Aires, Argentina and Peng Lim, Partner, Beaumont & Son-Aviation at
Clyde & Co., Singapore.

Elected as Directors-At-Large were Elizabeth Erickson, President, Erickson
Aviation Services, Arlington, VA and Katherine A. Staton, Partner, Jackson
Walker, LLP, Dallas TX.

Also on the board is Past President Joanne W. Young, Shareholder, Greenberg
Traurig, LLP, Washington, DC.

The International Aviation Women's Association is a not-for-profit
organization.  The membership comprises women of achievement working in all
aspects of aviation and aerospace, including the airport, airline,
manufacturing, finance, insurance, legal and government sectors.  IAWA's
mission is to bring together women of achievement in the industry and
promote their advancement on an international level.
