Rosy airport outlook

Macquarie Airports Management Ltd said the outlook for the 2005 year was
positive with traffic expected to grow at all its airports. The airports
manager has announced a calendar 2004 net profit of A$864.6 million
(NZ$952.41 million), up from A$340.4 million in 2003. The company paid
distributions of 12 cents per stapled security for the 12 months to December
31, 2004. It has maintained its preliminary distribution guidance of 17
cents for 2005.
