Objections to development of Frankfurt/Main airport
(Einspruche gegen Ausbau)
Germany - The Financial Times Deutschland


Between 40,000 and 140,000 inhabitants of the Rhine-Main region of Germany
are expected by the authorities to protest against plans to expand
Frankfurt/Main airport.

Members of the public have been called upon by associations to raise
objections to noise pollution and deforestation. The period for objections
to be raised began yesterday.
