agency's application, the FAA has determined that the approved class
accounts for less than 1 percent of the total annual enplanements at Detroit
Metropolitan Wayne County Airport.

the issuance of an Airport Improvement Program grant for this project after
the FAA's receipt of the PFC application.

Brief Description of Withdrawn Project: Airfield safety vehicles and
equipment.
