The Stelzig name is well-known for its fine leather goods, dating back to
1870 when Antone Stelzig opened his first store; building a reputation for
fine quality saddles, tack, boots, apparel and dependable equipment for
hundreds of miles. In the Stelzig's airport store, the Stelzig Saddlery's
134-year tradition lives on. Houston's most stylish buyers of western wear
went to the Stelzig's 3123 Post Oak location that endured from 1984-2002.
Now, with great pride, Houston welcomes back Stelzig's legendary brand of
quality and service.

"There was great concern when Stelzig of Texas closed its doors last year
that the legend my great grandfather built would die. We're proud our family
business lives on through my brother, my husband and myself under the new
name, Stelzig Ranch. The outpouring of support we've received from
generations of loyal customers has been tremendous, and we thank everyone in
the Houston community for their concern and help in re-opening our doors,"
said Frances Stelzig-Butler.

"Nothing inside an airport could say 'Texas' like the traditional western
wear our airport passengers will see when they pass this bright, beautiful
new Stelzig's store," said Rick Vacar, director of the Houston Airport
System. "We're thrilled that they're a part of Bush Intercontinental,
providing the highest-quality merchandise to make even faraway visitors feel
like Texans."

"The Paradies Shops is proud to partner with Stelzig Ranch and to bring this
exceptional store back to Houston," commented Gregg Paradies, President &
CEO. "We are honored and excited to be working with such an extraordinary
family who prides themselves on the same values as the Paradies family -
exceeding the expectations of the consumer through quality, value and
service."

Former Dallas Cowboys great Jethro Pugh, a longtime business partner and
friend of the Paradies Shops, played in five Super Bowls - winning two of
them. He will be on hand Thursday among a host of adopted Texans hailing the
opening of Stelzig's Bush Intercontinental Airport store, and available for
interviews.

George Bush Intercontinental Airport, part of the Houston Airport System
(HAS) is a major factor in the southeast Texas economy. HAS has an annual
economic impact of more than $24 billion in greater Houston, and over
100,000 jobs can be attributed to the presence of HAS and its activities.

The Paradies Shops, established in 1960, is a family-owned business
operating over 350 stores in 61 airports across the United States and
Canada. The company has been recognized by World Airport Revenue News, the
airport industry's leading publication, as the "Best Airport Retailer" for
nine consecutive years. With extensive experience in operating both local
and national brands, to include CNBC, PGA TOUR, Brooks Brothers, Brighton
Collectables, and Harley Davidson, The Paradies Shops operates in more
airports than any other retail concessionaire. For additional information,
