Vinci and ADP end airport partnership
France - Les Echos


French construction and services group Vinci and French airport operator ADP
have announced that they will end their partnership in ADPM, the
international airport concessions joint venture, at the end of this year.

ADP will take control of 100 per cent of the capital of ADPM, taking on the
34 per cent held by Vinci. The two partners have not ruled out further
partnerships in the future.
