Rapid City Airport: Fastest Growing In The Nation 
The Associated Press


Rapid City, SD - A study shows the Rapid City airport is growing.

According to the report, airline traffic into and out of Rapid City Regional
has increased 30 percent since 2000. The study says that makes it one of the
fastest growing airport in the nation.

Sabre Airline Solutions conducted the study for the Rapid City Air Service
Task Force.

The task force was created in 1997 by Mayor Jim Shaw and has been working to
increase demand for fly-and-drive tourism to the Black Hills.
