Airport management rights revert to state
United Kingdom - The Economist
The UK-based airports operator, BAA, is handing back management of Seeb and
Salalah airports to the government following its failure to conclude
financing arrangements for a proposed US$190m expansion of Seeb airport. The
original agreement to take over management of the airports and expand Seeb
was signed in September 2001.
