Govt to Decide on Varna, Bourgas Airports Concession

THE BULGARIAN government is entitled to decide whether the airports in
Varna and Bourgas will be concessioned separately or together, according
to the final version of the Civil Aviation Act. The volume of the
expected investments in the two airports is EUR 130 million for the next
ten years. The concessionaire will collect the full extent or part of
the airport fees dependable on the contract with the government. Up to
now the airport fees were collected by the Civil Aviation
Administration.
