"Nashville Airport Names New Minority Affairs and Contract Compliance Manager"

METROPOLITAN NASHVILLE AIRPORT AUTHORITY NAMES ROBINSON MANAGER,
MINORITY AFFAIRS

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA)
has named Martha Robinson to the position of manager, Minority Affairs
and Contract Compliance.  Robinson will be responsible for the
administration of the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program
and the Small, Minority, Women-Owned Business Enterprise (SMWBE) program
for the MNAA.

"We are excited that Martha is joining our team," said Raul Regalado,
president and CEO.  "Her diversified background in communications and
strategic planning will be an invaluable resource to the Airport
Authority."

Previously, Robinson served as director of public information and
education for the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and
Developmental Disabilities, where she provided leadership for the public
education and information activities for the department throughout the
state.  Robinson conceptualized and implemented the "Mental Health
Matters" radio show and a strategic marketing plan to promote the
Division of Mental Retardation Services public information campaign.

Robinson earned a bachelor's degree in Speech Communications and Theatre
and a master's in Business Administration from Tennessee State
University.  She recently received a doctorate in Higher Education
Administration from Vanderbilt University. Among her academic
accomplishments, she has also been listed as Who's Who Among Black
Americans; received an award for Outstanding Service, Alpha Kappa Alpha
Sorority, Inc.; was the founder and editor of The Community Focus
Newspaper; and is on the 2004 Planning Committee for the Tennessee Black
Caucus Annual Legislative Retreat.

The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority was established in 1970 as
a non-profit corporation.  The Authority owns and operates Nashville
International Airport and John C. Tune General Aviation Airport.
