PASSENGER NUMBERS CLIMB 21 PERCENT IN APRIL
Press Release

Reno, NV - Impressive increases in the number of monthly passengers
traveling through Reno/Tahoe International Airport (RTIA) continued in
April when 74,000 more passengers traveled through the airport than in
April, 2003.

The 21.5 percent increase in passenger traffic was the highest count for
the month of April since 2001. For the first four months of 2004, total
passengers are up 14.62 percent.

"These numbers are outstanding and they are the result of combined
marketing efforts in the community and additional airline service." Krys
T. Bart, Executive Director of Reno/Tahoe International Airport, said.
"From EDAWN, to the RSCVA and the airport's own marketing efforts, word
is getting out about our great community and the terrific air service we
have to offer."

In April 2003, RTIA offered only 87 daily departures and 10,411
available seats per day. The airport provided 13 more daily departures
and 1,896 more seats per day in April, 2004. Increased service
translated to 420,655 passengers this April, compared to 346,195 last
year.

Passenger traffic at RTIA was ten points higher than the national
average of 11.9 percent. The numbers indicate that travelers can expect
a busy summer, Bart said.

"Our advertising campaign promotes the fact that you can fly anyplace,
anytime, anywhere from Reno/Tahoe International Airport," Bart said.
"Between advertising and rising automobile gas prices, we expect even
more people to experience and enjoy our outstanding customer service and
facilities."
