Valley International Airport Investigation

Newschannel 5 conducted a hidden-camera investigation to answer a simple
question.how long will it take security officers to notice a bag left
unattended in an airport lobby? The Valley International Airport in
Harlingen was the first to be tested. A Newschannel 5 staff member set down
a bag and walked away. 35 minutes later, after the bag had been left
unattended, did an airport officer pull out the sheets of plastic stuffed
inside. After the bag was found airport security refused to answer questions
on the spot. Later even administrators could not say how long it should have
taken security to spot the bag.
