Airport art features local nature spots
News 8 Austin (TX)

The next time you fly in or out of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport,
you can soak in a little bit of Central Texas nature.

A new photo exhibit at the airport captures birds, butterflies and
dragonflies in their native habitats.

It's called "Wild Flight of Central Texas," by Austin artist John Ingram.

The 22 digital photos were taken at places such as Zilker Park, The Lady
Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, and Hornsby Bend.

The exhibit runs through Oct. 27 in the Airside Gallery East, near Gate 8.
