Confusion at airport
The Seattle (WA) Post Intelligencer
Some passengers checking in at Sea-Tac Airport were stalled for about 20
minutes yesterday morning while a checkpoint in the C and D concourse area
was closed.
Airport spokesman Bob Parker said federal security personnel were confused
about whether someone had been screened properly and shut down the
checkpoint as a precaution before determining that an evacuation was not
needed. No weapon or other security risk was found.
