Dog Shot On Cincinnati Airport's Runway
Reported by: 9News Cincinnati (OH)

Comair Airlines officials are investigating an incident involving a dog shot
on a runway at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.

A cocker spaniel escaped from it's cage during an inbound flight Tuesday
night.

Comair officials said the dog was running around on the runway and airport
police had to shoot it to keep the dog from getting in the way of an
airplane.

Comair officials are still trying to figure out how the dog got out of its
cage.
